Prices are in U.S. dollars and are starting points — final scope is confirmed on a free discovery call. The AI Focus Cycle fee is credited toward the AI Implementation Roadmap if you upgrade within 90 days. Software development, platform licenses and third-party vendor costs are not included unless stated in a written scope. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; the three-payment option is billed monthly and ends automatically after the third charge.

Questions about scope and delivery.
Does the package include implementation?
The $2,000 and $4,900 packages cover advisory and roadmap deliverables. AI Advisory Partner provides ongoing implementation decision support. Software development, licensing and third-party vendor costs are separate unless included in a written scope.
What happens after the roadmap?
The roadmap is built to be executable without us — you can implement it with your own team or vendors. If you want the studio to design or build the solution, that is scoped as a separate engagement, and your AI Focus Cycle fee is credited if you upgrade to the Roadmap within 90 days.
Who should join the sessions?
The people who own the outcome: an executive sponsor, the operations lead closest to the workflow, and whoever manages your tools or data. Small groups work best — the sessions are working meetings, not presentations.
Can you work with a U.S. team?
Yes. Sessions are delivered remotely for U.S., Mexican and international teams, in English or Spanish. The working group can include executives, operations leaders, technical staff and the people who run the process being evaluated.
